Safe, encouraging, and determined

Most important quality needed for success?
Determination and courage. It takes both to make the most of any given opportunity, especially if you want to take it to the next level.

What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?
I enjoy meeting new people. I like to hear and see where their professions have taken them.

Why did you choose to work at Alliance?
Alliance not only offered an exciting position for me, but an environment that allows me to grow and learn.

What have you learned so far working here?
I’ve learned that it is okay to ask for help. Communication is key to a healthy work environment.

What story does your family always tell about you?
When I was little there was a time I kissed a cactus. I love all green things, and I believed all animals, flowers, and people deserved a little love. I wondered why people always kept their distance from cacti.  I put my nose up to smell it — Never again!

Who is your hero and why?
My mom. She has proven to me that not only is it possible to become an independent woman, but a strong, well-rounded mother who has always given her all, no matter what cost.

What is your favorite home cooked meal?
I love my family’s enchiladas, fiesta bowl, and family recipe sour cream chicken.

What is your favorite childhood memory?
Playing soccer on the streets until the street lights came on.

What makes you happiest?
Family. Every time my family comes together it is truly the best, because those kinds of memories are permanent.
