Design is in full swing for this exciting project! The Mercedes-Benz Parts Distribution Center and Learning Performance Center will occupy a 31-acre site along Lakeside Parkway in Grapevine, Texas. The Parts Distribution Center, which is one of six of its kind in the country, will be 254,000 square feet and the Learning Performance Center will be about 59,000 square feet. The training facility will train 150 to 200 technicians a week. Seefried Industrial Properties is the developer and Hill & Wilkinson is the general contractor.
