Alliance Architects, Inc. is pleased to announce that Gloria Boyd has been named Vice President of the firm. Gloria’s role will include business development, project management and delivery, and ensuring that clients’ needs and requirements are successfully met. She will be involved with the strategic positioning of the firm on both short and long-term goals, contributing to the overall direction and growth of the company’s operations.
Boyd brings nearly 20 years of architectural design and project management experience to her new executive position. Gloria joined Alliance Architects in 2004 and continues to be, one of the firm’s most valuable employees. Alliance Architects’ Principal Carlos deSaracho states, “Gloria has played a pivotal role in mentoring our intern Architects and Interior Designers. She has a passion for Architectural and Educational Design that is evident in all of her professional endeavors. Gloria is an avid supporter of the Richardson Mayor’s Summer Internship Program , which Alliance Architects sponsors each year. We wish her well in her new position and continued growth in the firm.” She is a member of the Association For Learning Environments (A4LE), Texas Economic Development Council (TEDC) and serves as a committee member for the Regional Hispanic Contractor’s Association.
