We are excited to announce Chad Michel has been elected by the Board of Directors to succeed Charlie Reagan as President of the firm, effective April 1, 2023.
Charlie Reagan, one of the founding Principals, has held the title of President since 2014. He is transitioning ownership to Chad and other Principals, Carlos deSaracho, Thomas Maxwell and Scott Meyer. Charlie will continue to focus on business development, leadership and mentorship for the firm. He comments, “Alliance Architects is now 30 years into the 100-year plan. We have always focused on growing the firm organically from within. This transition is a natural course of the growth and maturing of the firm”.
Chad Michel brings a depth of knowledge and experience in the industrial, office and data center markets and will continue to pursue opportunities in those sectors. With an eye towards the firm’s continued success, Chad states, “It is an honor to lead this group of talented people.
