St. Jude

The church building at St. Jude Catholic Parish, dedicated in 2005, was designed reminiscent of the Romanesque style, with the plan layout having a cruciform arrangement. The altar was placed within a raised sanctuary at the exact crossing of the nave and transept center lines, with the ceiling of the high hat roof 67 feet above.

Additional spaces within the church include a daily Mass chapel, sacristies, and reconciliation rooms. In 2013 the Parish opened their Pastoral Building, which includes the parish offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, and a large gathering space. The church building at St. Jude was placed on axis with the current Religious Education building. It, along with the Parish Pastoral Building, completes the north and northeast sides of a large courtyard. A future 90’ bell tower is currently planned at the west end of the courtyard.
