The Corporate Headquarters for Comstock Resources occupies the top three floors of a five story, multi-tenant office building. This renovation included demolition of a portion of the building structure to create a monumental stairway connecting the floors, as well as private offices, team rooms, map room, the board room and a large break room with a balcony for people to get a breath of fresh air.
