Located in the North Dallas high technology corridor, 950 E. Collins is a colocation facility with 60,000 square feet of raised floor space and 6.75 MW of IT load.  Design features include a dedicated on-site substation delivering dual fed underground power with fully redundant 2N electrical systems, rooftop cooling units with N+1 outside air economization and a 46,000 square foot exterior equipment yard.   The facility has access to over 1,000 provider networks and dual authentication access with biometric and card key access control.
