Located in the North Dallas high technology corridor, 907 Security Row is a planned multi-tenant facility with 70,000 square feet of raised floor space and 33,000 square feet of exterior equipment yard. Design features include a dedicated on-site substation delivering dual fed underground power with fully redundant 2N electrical systems, secondary power with 2MW generators configured as N+1, and air cooled chillers with indirect refrigerant economization. The facility provides access to over 1,000 provider networks, and dual authentication access with biometric and card key access control.
