PROJECT ARCHITECT
Duties:
- Work closely with design team from conceptual phase through construction.
- Consult with client to determine functional and spatial requirements.
- Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents.
- Prepare contract documents for building contractors.
- Integrate engineering elements into unified design.
- Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction.
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS or Master Degree
- Registered Architect or working toward registration
- 5 to 8 years experience
- Proficiency Revit, Photoshop and Sketchup.
- Knowledge of Lumion preferred.
- Experience in Office Buildings, Industrial Buildings, Data Centers and K-12 is desired.
ARCHITECTURAL INTERN
Duties:
- Assist in all phases of design process including Design, CDs and CA.
- Assist with field verification.
- Assist with Site Planning.
- Assist in managing client expectations and consultant coordination.
- Assist with 3D renderings.
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS or Master Degree
- 2 to 4 years experience
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Knowledge of Lumion, Photoshop and Sketchup preferred.
- Experience in Office Buildings, Industrial Buildings, Data Centers and K-12 is desired.
INTERIOR DESIGNER
Duties:
- Assist with overall creative scope of projects.
- Participate in presentations and meetings with clients and prospective clients.
- Participate in all phases of design for multiple projects collaborating with other team members and clients.
- Participate in preparation of programs and space planning concepts.
- Specify and select furniture systems.
- Select and specify color palettes.
- Knowledge of material costs and staying current on design trends.
- Preparation of construction documents and other deliverables/materials as required.
- Create 3D renderings.
Education and Experience:
- 5 to 8 years experience.
- Graduated from an accredited interior design program.
- NCIDQ and/or state licensure, preferred or at least pursuing NCIDQ certification.
- Proficiency in Revit and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of Lumion and Sketchup preferred.
- Sound working knowledge of building codes, building systems and construction methods.
- Team-oriented approach to project delivery, experience coordinating the work of other team members and consultants.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
We are a fun and friendly work environment, perfect for a student looking for a part-time entry-level position where she or he can get first-hand experience in an office setting. We prefer someone who can work either 8am-1pm, or 12pm-5:30pm, but we are happy to work with a school schedule to accommodate classes and activities. We are looking for a customer-service oriented person to fill the role of the Administrative Assistant. This individual will provide support to teammates with daily tasks. We are seeking candidates with very strong interpersonal and organization skills.
Examples of daily tasks include:
- Responding to phone inquiries and directing calls.
- Assisting team members with various office tasks, for example:
- Printing
- Calling courier to pick-up packages
- Sending packages via courier and FedEx
- Typing / editing documents in Microsoft Word
- Scanning project files into the server
- Making project binders and filing project documents
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings in Microsoft Outlook.
- Ordering catering for meetings
- Responding to internal and external requests for information.
- Greeting visitors and providing customer service, offering them water or coffee and alerting the person they are meeting with that they are here.
- Upkeep of the front office, including keeping front desk looking professional, watering plants.
- Upkeep of the break room including emptying dishwasher at the beginning of the day and running dishwasher at the end of the day, picking up the break room, and discarding leftover items.
- Upkeep of the conference rooms, including picking up conference rooms after meetings.
- Unlocking front doors and turning on lights at the start of the day and turning off lights and locking front door at the end of the day.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to represent the firm well to external organizations, clients and vendors.
- Must be quality-minded and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail including proofreading.
