These two projects hit the 2 million square feet mark for industrial buildings we have designed over the last 10 years in Lakeside Ranch Business Park. Building 1 totals approximately 231,754 square feet and Building 2 totals 351,832 square feet. Originally Master Planned by Alliance Architects in 2003, Lakeside Ranch Business Park is a 230-acre development located in Flower Mound, Texas. It is planned to a capacity of over 3 million square feet of light industrial buildings and is located two miles north of DFW Airport. The development also features grassland restoration-type enhanced landscaping, as well as a 30-acre restored riparian nature area with an ephemeral stream and walking trails available to the public.
